We’ve been teasing you with snippets of this over the past few months but our new build eco house is now onsite. Planning on keeping you posted as construction progresses with regular drone footage, so watch this space! And who doesn’t love an inversion……

Been having a mooch through the archives and came across this great wee ‘before & after’. Removing the existing conservatory allowed us to open things up to create a split-level, open plan kitchen/family space, and seamlessly connect to the patio and garden.
With temperatures due to soar here in Peebles at the weekend, we’re dreaming of how lovely it would be to enjoy it on this terrace, with views across the Tweed Valley. Where would you put the bbq? On the terrace or up on the balcony…..

Look at that view – and the sun isn’t even shining! What an incredible location for a new off-grid, low-energy, eco house. With Planning permission recently granted, we hope to have the Building Warrant in place shortly to allow kick-off on site. We’ll be posting pictures as the work progresses, so watch this space!
The fun stuff! Love that our clients love these as much as we do. They go so well with the veined black marble worktops and slatted oak kitchen units.
