Grade II* Listed Mill has Future

Home Extension on Site

At any one time we have multiple domestic extension projects progressing through the design and construction stages. Below is a snapshot of a two storey home extension currently under construction in Cheshire. The scheme is to provide increased Living accommodation and an additional Bedroom & Bathroom for an expanding family.

Planning Fees

From 2nd May Planning Fee Charges will increase for most planning applications in England & Wales. The ‘Planning Portal’ online submission system will increase their service charge to £64 (from £32.20) For more information on this, please click HERE.

Building Regulations Deadlines

Several areas of Building Regulations in England & Wales were revised during 2022. For home extension and alteration works, this primarily concerns thermal performance and ventilation.
