Having a wee play with AI to add some materials, light and texture to an in-house 3d ‘white’ model of this rear house extension. It did prove quite useful to quickly add some context images to a planning application but …. Whaddaya think?

Back in the summer we shared some 3d visuals of a recently completed one-off house in the Borders. 1and a half storeys, 2 beds, open plan kitchen /dining and a generous vaulted ceiling over the living area, with incredible framed views across the countryside. Even better in reality!

With temperatures due to soar here in Peebles at the weekend, we’re dreaming of how lovely it would be to enjoy it on this terrace, with views across the Tweed Valley. Where would you put the bbq? On the terrace or up on the balcony…..
