We’ve been teasing you with snippets of this over the past few months but our new build eco house is now onsite. Planning on keeping you posted as construction progresses with regular drone footage, so watch this space! And who doesn’t love an inversion……

Still early days, but we are very excited about the end results of the transformation of this simple bungalow in Padstow, Cornwall. With that view, we just had to take the whole rear wall out!…and this is possibly one of the tidiest sites we’ve ever experienced – thanks to https://bazeleyconstructionltd.com
With just the landscaping and some cladding works to finish off; this project is almost complete – and ready to move into just in time for Christmas. It might be a hugely complicated steel frame structure for this new build house, but the partitions are still good old timber frame. Services are now being installed and the underground car park is formed. Meanwhile, the curved structural glass walls are being manufactured in Italy, as progress continues apace!
When lockdown kicked in back in March, the work on this office reception area refurb had to be put on hold. Covid has slowed site progress on one of our Peebles jobs but we managed to safely visit today and take a couple of pics of where things are at. Having now been stripped back to a shell, the interesting part of this build is well under way; in the very capable hands of Andy and his team at Beech Joinery. The project concerns a complete overhaul of a dormer bungalow which includes extending both to the side and rear. Relocating the master bedroom upstairs frees… Read more »
