Back in the summer we shared some 3d visuals of a recently completed one-off house in the Borders. 1and a half storeys, 2 beds, open plan kitchen /dining and a generous vaulted ceiling over the living area, with incredible framed views across the countryside. Even better in reality!

With temperatures due to soar here in Peebles at the weekend, we’re dreaming of how lovely it would be to enjoy it on this terrace, with views across the Tweed Valley. Where would you put the bbq? On the terrace or up on the balcony…..
The fun stuff! Love that our clients love these as much as we do. They go so well with the veined black marble worktops and slatted oak kitchen units. Before we upload pics of the completed project, here are some work-in-progress shots taken a wee while ago – the building frame developing, after the retaining walls had been formed. Realising this partially subterranean wedding venue involved moving a hell of a lot of earth, in a very remote location in the Scottish Borders……..
Set in a desirable location with open countryside beyond the site boundaries, this Farmhouse renovation has recently completed on site. The old farmhosue has been modernised refurbished throughout and extended.
