A selection of projects from our Cheshire office have recently shortlisted for awards. Delightfully, they have proceeded in a range of categories at a regional level in the ‘LABC Building Excellence Awards’ 2018. Entries are spread across ten main categories; in addition, with small and large sub categories available for some. Several categories are solely base on site workmanship to represent Builders and Craftsmen.
Nominated Project categories:
- Best Small New Housing Development
- Best Change of Use of an Existing Building or Conversion
- 2 entries in the Best Extension or Alteration to an Existing Home category
The projects are a mix of new build houses, home renovation & extension works and a commercial project to provide a community gallery and events space. This builds on our success at last years awards; whereby Warrington LABC put forward a large residential alteration project located in Lymm Village.
LABC Building Excellence Awards have run annually in each of twelve regions for some years; with national finals held in London later in the year. For general information about the awards please click HERE
Results for the North West region are being announced later in April. Meanwhile, we look forward to attending this years regional awards dinner with some of our clients.
Fingers crossed!
