component is Contract Administration and monitoring construction projects on
site. The project illustrated below is currently progressing well on site. It
consists of extending and remodelling a large domestic house in Greater
Manchester. We make regular site visits to monitor progress and discuss any queries raised by the client or the contractor during the course of the works.
