The design consists of replacing a large conservatory with a two-storey rear extension, inserting a glazed rear gable and re configuring the internal layout to provide a large open plan ground floor which opens out onto the garden, and works to upgrade the front façade of the property.

The project took approximately 9 months to complete on site and the works on site have been nominated for a 2017 LABC North West Building Excellence Award.
