This 1960’s bungalow has been refurbished, extended, and entirely remodelled, to bring the layout up to date, create a modern open plan living / kitchen / dining space, and improve views to the garden.

Existing extensions to the rear of the property have been removed to allow new large, glazed, sliding doors to open onto the garden and new terrace. The garage has been extended to house new bathroom and utility spaces.

A varied but harmonious palette of materials includes bronze-coloured external cladding panels, split-stone cladding, and herringbone timber flooring.

New dormer windows and a feature canopy complete the transformation of the existing tired property to a modern, flexible, light-filled home.
