Commercial mixed-use development

The project comprised significant extension to, and conversion of, an existing town centre location restaurant and nightclub into large modern commercial premises, for Forward Property Group. The building was subdivided into separate units to transform Crown Passages into high-quality, contemporary retail, leisure, and commercial office space, suited to small to medium-sized entrepreneurial businesses.

Following the initial design phase and obtaining planning approval, we worked with the design team to prepare detailed design drawings and assist the contractor, Barke Baker Construction on site.

On completion, we worked with a number of tenants to obtain further approvals for fit-out and other bespoke internal adjustments.
