Utilising a design & build procurement route, cb3 design led this new build office development project from inception, via novation, to completion.

‘Forward Point’, a flexible, compact design of a 3 block plan of 2 and 3 storey buildings, on a brownfield site, was designed to maximise letting potential, with the ability to subdivide by floor, block or site. Designed to achieve a BREEAM (very good) rating, it forms part of the Widnes Waterfront Economic Development Zone.
