A contemporary, single storey side extension to a Grade II listed building within the Lymm Conservation Area, forms a bright open-plan sun room.

The internal experience of the garden room's position allows a feeling of being perched amid the adjacent treetops.

Externally, the floor to ceiling glass acts like a mirror to reflect the property’s unique location. Whilst contemporary in design, the light touch of the glass extension does not detract from the existing historic dwelling but instead, enhances the exceptional setting for the occupants
