A a new accessible family home built in the front garden of a large detached Victorian villa, with adjustments to existing access and driveway.
The new dwelling was for the client to move into to down-size from what was becoming an inaccessible and unmanageable family home. The house has been designed to be compact with a minimal visual silhouette. The 'upside-down' plan arrangement utilises existing ground levels whilst accommodating three floors of accommodation and very specific client requirements. These included level garden access and living and sleeping accommodation at first floor level, and home spa facilities.
