Bespoke Corporate Premises - concept study

CB3 Design was appointed to carry out a preliminary concept study for the UK operations of German engineering manufacturing company Lübbering (Luebbering UK Ltd).
The scope of this study was to prepare initial sketch options relating to a theoretical site in the North West of England, to assist strategic options in order to consolidate existing manufacturing, logistics, administration, and warehouse storage onto a single site. The extent of the study was limited by the theoretical site which prevents site contextual influences of a given plot.

The brief was to create bespoke corporate premises, beyond the current standard warehouse/ manufacturing unit available on the open market. Corporate premises which reflect the company standards for high-quality engineering, which combine manufacturing and administration facilities of a circa 3000sq ft manufacturing unit, and circa 1000sq ft office/ front of house, in a form that promotes and reflects the company ideology.
