CB3 Design Architects are a creative team of design professionals who have a proven record for providing both contemporary and traditional architectural designs which are cost effective and sustainable. We believe that the most important part of any project is exceeding our clients' requirements. Our architectural expertise can create and deliver a variety of commercial and residential developments. We are experienced in designing and managing leisure and education projects including completing projects for public bodies, local authorities, schools and housing associations.

We provide simple, creative design solutions for all our clients whether you are seeking a house extension, preparing a self-build project, loft conversion, or sustainable home improvements. Our Architects can guide clients through the design and the construction processes, planning issues, building regulation consents, appointing a builder and monitoring the project to a completed build.

Chartered Practice

CB3 Design Architects is an RIBA Chartered Practice. This quality assurance scheme replaces the RIBA registered practice system which the company was also a part of. The scheme ensures we provide a professional quality service, throughout every project and gives clients peace of mind. This is monitored by the RIBA to ensure continuing quality of service.
