The practice undertakes a variety of commercial developments including residential developments, offices, storage units, retail premises, care homes, leisure and education facilities, and we are continually developing our commercial design portfolio. We have worked closely with a variety of clients including private developers, housing associations, local authorities and community groups for the past twenty years.

The company has specialist knowledge and comprehensive skills in both speculative and public housing. In particular: Urban Regeneration; Housing Associations; Special Needs Housing; and Private Development. We have developed large town centre schemes, as well as sensitive rural residential projects.

CB3 design has vast experience in specialist areas such as conversion based projects, including re-development of Listed Buildings, dilapidated barns, dis-used mills, and farmhouses.
